For Leagues & Clubs

Bring BeeReady to your league.

We are a physician-led nonprofit that puts trained responders and an AED on youth sports sidelines. No cost to your league, and we come to you.

What we bring

A BeeReady Day at your event

We show up to a game, meet, or practice with an AED and trained volunteers, and we stay on the sideline for the duration. Families see what readiness looks like, and your event is covered while we are there.

American Red Cross CPR and AED training

Certified instruction for coaches, parents, and volunteers, taught to the Red Cross standard. We request a $50 donation per person, it is not required, and we train for free when needed.

Help getting an AED on your field

We help you work out what your facility needs, where it should live so it can be reached in time, and how to fund it. The goal is equipment that stays after we leave.

A Bee Team of your own

Kids in your league can train alongside the adults and become part of the Bee Team, learning CPR basics and how to stay calm and help in an emergency.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your league

Send us your league or club, roughly how many teams and players, and the dates you have coming up.

  2. We plan it with you

We work out what fits: a sideline day, a training session for coaches and parents, AED placement, or some combination.

  3. We show up

We bring the AED, the volunteers, and the training. You keep running your season.

What it costs your league

Nothing. BeeReady is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit funded by donations, so bringing us to your sideline does not come out of your league budget. For certification training we request a $50 donation per person, which is genuinely optional, and we train people for free when that is what it takes.
